For Seniors of Robertsdale High School – Class of 2012

Eligibility:  Open to all Robertsdale High School Students – Class of 2012

Scholarship: Laptop Computer Plus Microsoft Office (Student Edition)  Only one Scholarship will be awarded for the 2011-2012 school year.

Basis for Selection:  Application will be reviewed by the Impact Ministries Scholarship Committee

Requirements:

1. A Completed Application (Must be completed and submitted no later than March 31st, 2012
2. A copy of your High School Transcript (must be mailed to:  Robertsdale PH Church / Scholarship -  P.O. Box 544 Robertsdale Alabama 36567)
3. Community Service and School Service
4. Essay:  “My Career Goals and how this Scholarship will help me achieve them” – (May be completed on the form below)
5. Two Recommendations (One must be from a RHS Teacher or Counselor) – Must be mailed with Transcript.

All applications will be reviewed by the Impact Ministries (Robertsdale P.H. Church) Scholarship Committee and the Scholarship will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Committee.
